Ortolan is a new California based spirit crafted with heirloom roses and botanicals in the tradition of French Aperitifs, Italian Amaros, and the historic Rosolios of Torino. We created a brand stysem that references Ortolan’s European heritage while showcasing the joy in craft cocktails and the pursuit of a memorable moment.
